Called for a quote, were told they would be out tomorrow and some of the guy's were looking for weekend work and might be able to squeeze us in sooner than later. It's been almost two weeks we even stopped into the office and no one came out. I don't recommend them.

It was tarped off till someone could shingle whole roof which was weeks away. A few days later it rained hard and I had rain coming into my kitchen. I talked to owner Ken and he had a crew their the next morning and did my roof in one day which was unbelievable great quality and very reasonable price. Highly recommend

s	s donald Speller on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I asked Muskoka Roofing for two estimates for two different types of roofing material - Enviroshakes and asphalt - as well as replacement of soffits, facia, and evestroughs. I requested this in writing and again, verbally, when the estimator arrived. All I got was one estimate - for asphalt shingles - but nothing regarding the soffits, fascia, and eves. I wrote again, repeating my initial request. To date, they have been 100% non responsive. Time to look elsewhere . . . . . .
S	Sandy Luckey on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor communication from the office. Work seems to be okay, but I have some concerns/questions and would like to speak to someone. The estimator promises that they guarantee their work, and to be fair, Joe the estimator, seems to be the most responsible person working there. He did respond to texts regarding delays throughout the job, but even he has not responded this time. Employee retention/reliability was usually the excuse during the job ???. So here I am, still waiting to hear from them... UPDATE: I did get a response from Joe after posting this review, and they have addressed my concerns, one of which cannot be fixed until the snow and ice are gone. UPDATE 2: Apparently they adjusted the slope on our eavestroughs, but once again, no communication. No text, call, email, business card or note left. No neighbours heard anything or saw anyone working on our house. I guess we’ll see if there is ice buildup this winter…

I was told upon sight I section that they would come back and repair it along with upgrading my vents. They reneged on their promise. I was told that for the cup of coffee sized leak that they were not indeed going to help me due to their volume of work load. Do not pay them cash!!!!

The crew working on it seemed very inexperienced and slow moving, and the installation took much longer than it needed be. We've had ice damage and leak issue early on. They did come to correct the first time, but then we again had more winter ice issues/damage and we are still waiting for them to come and resolve...My husband has contacted them many times. He was getting responses in the beginning, but still no one came. Now they've stopped responding.
