Have been talking with ups as I'm still waiting for my delivery. Ups tracking states that muskoka received it on the 9th.Was scheduled for Oct 10, called on the 11th. Muskoka told ups it would be there by the end of the day. It never came. Waited on the 12th, nothing. Called again. Was told it would be delivered by Monday (the 15th). Still nothing. It is now the 16th at noon. Not holding up too much hope. I tried calling them, only to have an automated system and no way (that I found) to talk to a human, they just redirect me to ups call center. Multiple days of sitting at home waiting for this package, not being able to leave since it needs to be signed for. I'm getting really aggravated.

Got a delivery notice one day because I was at work. No pickup information on it. Got another one the next day, same thing. On the third day I got fed up and left a post-it on my mail box asking for the pick up address, and the delivery person wrote it on another notice, but no hours of operation. So I went to this place at 5:45pm and the door was locked. Weird. No hours of operation on the door at all, or on their website either. I assumed they were closed. So I asked someone to pick up my package and I wrote a note saying I authorized this person to pick it up. She went there earlier in the day to make sure they'd be open. She got my package and mentioned to the guy at the desk (a “biker looking” guy) that the door had been locked the day before. He said “Oh yeah sometimes the owners lock the door early, it happens! You should have tried a different door. Why didn't you try yelling down the truck entrance??” She pointed out to him that the other doors said Employee Only but he wouldn't have it. I wasn't about to break into this delivery place to get my package! Never did this guy say “Sorry, it shouldn't have been locked”, which would have made it fine, he really didn't seem to care that customers weren't able to get inside! There's not even a phone number for this place to be able to call and ask questions! Their website hasn't even been updated since 2015. Ridiculous. If you are forced to pick something up from this place, they close at 6 o'clock. If the door is locked, either try entering doors you aren't allowed to go into, or knock on them all like a madman. Apparently that's okay.

Worst service ever. After having to call the 1-800 number twice and getting completely upset with the person on the other end of the call the parcel was delivered within the hour. Now I get a bill in the mail for duty charges which seems strange because Muskoka delivery took my payment information and never completed their job. If Muskoka delivery is unable to do their job correctly maybe they should not have a business

Supposed to be open until 5:30 and doors were locked at 5:15. Not the first time and frustrating because the depot is located on the outskirts if North Bay. Nick was on his way home and went out of his way to assist me. Much appreciated Nick! Counter guys need customer service refresher or UPS needs to reconsider who wins the next contract!

I was involved in a near-collision today at 10:45 a.m. with a Muskoka Delivery Service vehicle. It took some time to verify the correct service provider because the fleet vehicle was an un-marked white cube van, but the driver had a Canpar Express shirt on. The driver of the vehicle was facing south on the east side of Worthington St W. He merged through oncoming traffic across from the "Golden Age Club" and did not see my vehicle traveling in the parallel direction. After sounding the horn I observed the driver looking between his legs and suspected he was on his phone, but it appears he was distracted by his clip board. The driver was professional and apologetic, but there are marked safety concerns with the vehicle position, driving while distracted, and not being in a marked fleet vehicle.

Terrible company! Had a package from Arizona get to North Bay in four days. I am waiting for delivery to Powassan two weeks later. UPS has not been helpful and MUSKOKA DELIVERY SERVICE makes sure that you cannot communicate directly with them. Obviously because they are such screw ups they don't want to have to deal with the fall out of their incompetence. UPS should fire their assess.

I have had to deal with Muskoka Delivery several times, and never by choice. Recently, after receiving an email that my item would be out for delivery, I tracked the shipment for an entire day from home. No truck ever came by my place, but lo and behold – at 5pm the tracker said that a "delivery was attempted." I’m not sure how Muskoka Delivery Service got a hold of top secret, military-grade invisible “phantom trucks,” but colour me impressed! Full disclosure: this isn't a one-off. Muskoka Delivery Service has done this for all 3 of my last deliveries. No truck comes, no slip is left (which really screws you over if you need the number off it for UPS), and no one rings or knocks. On all three occasions I've had to drive to their delivery warehouse and tell them what package is mine. I have to do this, you see, otherwise they will send them back (and have when I haven't been checking). To reiterate – Muskoka Delivery Service will happily send your package back without having actually ever attempted a delivery. Who knew delivering things was so hard? P.S. Calling their number only gives you an automated number for other places to contact. The number they give for UPS? Not in service from your location. Neat.

These guys are so ****ed in the head. And reading other reviews I am not surprised. Was contacted by the seller of my item saying “hey my package is about to be sent back. Here is the new tracking number”, so only then was I told Muskoka Delivery “attempted three times” and I had already missed the final delivery….yet, in my mailbox there was only ONE slip left. And of course the writing on it was nothing but scribbles that were barely legible (I can’t even make out the date written… lol, it’s just a number and a month, how hard can it be?) The chicken scratch writing made it even more difficult to track. So I call the company and get a really irritating automated service, as warned by other reviewers. I call UPS themselves to try and get a location for pick-up but am given 3 separate pick-up addresses from 2 different agents. And as someone else mentioned, it’s on the outskirts of town. So I would really prefer to find the EXACT location before I start paying taxis and busing all over town, looking for a package that couldn’t even be delivered by a so-called ‘delivery company’. They don’t utilize the phone number provided to them beforehand, nor make drop-offs at P.O.boxes (the P.O. standing for ‘Post Office’, omegalol. They won’t drop-off at a Post Office but the pick-up location is a dinghy little convenience store?!? smh). All I have to say to that is “it’s 2022 people, why are delivery companies still living in the caveman days?” So unimpressed, the amount of incompetence is impressive really. Worst delivery service ever, and I still have to wait 4 days (I don’t know why) to pick-up my package. I pity the fool that has the honour and privilege to deal with this company. Stay away if possible.
