S	Sheryl Slater on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our initial interaction with MCCC was positive and it seemed they would offer the cottage check service we were looking for. They were also prompt in getting a plumber to our cottage when we had an issue. However, the initial plumbing work that was done in May 2020 was not finished until August, after we had left the cottage and chased for updates on multiple occasions. That said, we were happy with the work that was done. Also, once we left our cottage and asked for the cottage check service to begin no visits were actually performed, other than a cleaning that we requested. We live overseas so we had no possibility of returning to the cottage (especially during Covid) and rely on regular checks of our property. We chased MCCC/Kevin multiple times with limited responses. We were able to return to our cottage at end-September and attempted to contact MCCC/Kevin but emails were not answered, SMS messages not responded to and calls not answered. We are at a loss as to why MCCC did not provide the service that we agreed with them in early 2020 or why our requests for communication were ignored. We have obviously found another solution to our needs
M	Mskokagirl on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a similar experience to the reviewer that posted previously. Although the services performed were completed well, the communication was horrible. We tried everything (text, email, phone calls). As a result, because the communication was so poor, things were either not done at all or we were billed for things that we ended up fixing ourselves. Sadly we also must find another option.
R	RACHEL OCONNOR on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The cottage is beautiful! The communication between staff and I is the worst experience I’ve ever had. Not very friendly nor helpful. Response time is delayed. Not professional at all. There was no concern for our requests and when you are spending 10k there should be more consideration and better communication. The staff does not represent this beautiful cottage at all.
