Marlene was excellent, she made the rental process very easy and her electronic cottage guide was very helpful. She also made sure we had everything we needed and that we knew about any events and places to visit while we were at the cottage. I would definitely recommend renting through Marlene, she is very friendly and welcoming and always available for any questions we had. Thanks Marlene!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ From the beginning of our family decision to spend our vacation in the bala area we were extremely lucky to find Marlene. Marlene made the process of reserving and renting this wonderful cottage so easy. Questions were answered immediately and requests accommodated. Windsor point is such a perfect vacation spot for all ages and very private. The cottage was very well appointed and the property was clean, beautifully manicured, with a dock, fire pit, Sandy beach and water boats. We loved it and we were 9 adults and 3 small children. Again Marlene was lovely and met us at the cottage to assure that all was what we expected and if there was anything else she could do. We were very comfortable and very happy. Would definitely call on her again and return to the this lovely cottage.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were a group of 4 friends, just wanting a girls get away weekend. Rented Bala Bay Hide Away the second weekend in September, and absolutely loved it! It is a beautiful location, lovely lake, with a nice sized dock, perfect for lounging on and complete with red Muskoka chairs! The cottage is super cute, practically set up for families, or small groups of adults, and was very nice and clean! Every detail was taken care of, including laundry soap provided, as well as a new bag of coffee grinds sitting right by the coffee perk. Marlene was an absolute pleasure to work with! She responded promptly to the first email sent, and was so accommodating all along! When we arrived at the cottage, she soon sent a text message, making sure that we're getting settled in. Also enjoyed meeting her in person on our second day of vacation. I would highly recommend booking any cottage with Marlene, your vacation is sure to be wonderful!
