She was the best help ever from helping me to pick the right piano to also follow up with me after purchasing the Yamaha digital piano. She is very nice and care about the customer and even set up a phone call to answer some question about how to do the tuning the digital piano.
Regina is the best and I highly recommend her.

Ehsan and all the other staff are very knowledgeable and they explained everything patiently and thoroughly until we made a decision. They were extremely accommodating to meet our needs and they also have a very professional delivery team. They take customer service to another level and we can’t recommend them enough!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent product, Excellent customer service and a fair price. This is my experience with Music Gallery and Ehsan in particular. They indeed listen to the customer, rather than push what they have to sell. Rare thing these days. They will take their time to bring and deliver exactly what they need. They will make sure you instrument will get a complimentary tuning and will keep reminding you when to do it next time. Delivery to our house around Whistler was done with the proper contractor, not a cheap one, - they had all the necessary equipment and tools to perform their job easily and in a clean way. Music Gallery treats their customers with respect and care.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve been a teacher at Music Gallery since last summer and despite the short time I have been with them, they made me feel so welcomed and helped me feel like part of the team/family. Mariah our academy manager really cares for each teachers and help students find a right teacher for their instrument of choosing. Music Gallery provides wide range of instruments for lessons and all the teachers are best at their instrument and provides high quality lessons for any age. If you are wanting to start music lessons be sure to check out Music Gallery and see what they offer! They also have great selection of instruments at the store and they provide great service like no other music stores. Regina and Mike were so helpful with few of my students when they were getting a piano to start up their lessons. Their care for the instrument extends beyond the store to when they deliver it to you at your home!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited Music Gallery last week to see if they have a specific guitar that I was told to be a good choice for me. I’m not an expert in that, so I wasn’t confident what I really wanted. Charlie took time to explain to me various options I could or should think about. He genuinely offered his expert advice and showed me guitars as examples. He is very knowledgeable in this field and explained the technical reasons someone should buy different types of guitar.
His honest and genuine help made me change my mind about checking another store for that specific guitar I was sure to buy. I chose a unique guitar with almost half the budget I was willing to pay for the more advanced one which I didn’t need at this level. One week later, I’m very happy for my choice and I appreciate Charlie’s help in educating me even when he was sure I was not going to buy from his store.
I’m glad to have found a store and an expert that I can trust. I definitely recommend checking with Charlie at Music Gallery about any musical purchases.
