#Toronto's #Museum subway station may not be the most attractive one, but #TheGuardian ranked it among the world's most beautiful metro stations. I didn't know that. Even without knowing anything beforehand, #FirstNation #Wuikinuxv's house post in the station, the statue in the shape of a bear, the one I was posing with in the picture, always thrilled me every time I passed through this #TTC station. Today I was a little curious to dig in and discovered a few other columns as well. Just behind me is an #Egyptian column of God #Osiris, followed by a #Toltec warrior column of the #Mayans and #Aztecs. There are Chinese #Ming and #Qing dynasties' red column from Forbidden City and finally Greek #Doric column of hieroglyphs in the farther corners of the station. This station is like a whole museum. Too much culture packed up just in one place. This little thing represents the world. I like that. Check out more at my IG @therakibulhasan

Stunning interior design, very representative, multicultural and regional culture, I think this is the most beautiful subway station in Toronto

There's benches and wifi. It is also not humid here like the rest of the stations. Looks super nice too because of all the sculptures.

This the most interesting subway train station in TTC. It has three pillars repeated: First Nations, Egyptian and Aztec / Inca. These pillars are cultured civilizations in history in Canada, Middle East and Central to South America. There are also simple Roman / Greek pillars. Above this station are the Crystal ROM historical civilizations, Gardiner ceramic and Bata shoe museums.

I haven’t seen such a cool station anywhere I’ve ever visited. Some status attached to the pillars make it unique and interesting. The station was also clean and well maintained. It makes you wonder how the ROM is and provokes you to visit.

A subway station that lives up to its name. Located right outside the Royal Ontario Museum. The station is decorated with columns representing past civilizations and the name of the museum backdropped with Egyptian-styled hieroglyphics. The station is relatively quiet most of the times except for when passengers get off the train and leave the station.
