I ordered a pizza and came to pick up at the time specified. When I got there apparently they forgot to put mine in the oven and still had to. So I had to wait for an extra 25 min. An appropriate response would be to offer the pizza for free or at least something else for free. She only offered to cancel my order if i didn't want to wait.

Was expecting more from a chain pizza parlor. Sauce had no flavor, meat was tasteless(cheap gas station deli meats) and I love pineapple but it was all pineapple (Just to many toppings) and the crust was not worth eating. We didn’t finish the pizza it was that bad. Will not go back ever. I make better pizza from scratch at home. Should get 0 stars but you can’t.

"Kitchen Sink" is awesome only problem is the sauce has no flavor. Mabey some herbs garlic spices.

Ordered a pizza from these folks 6 months or so ago for delivery...said it would be 1hr....showed up 2hrs later burned crust and cold, refused order...ordered a pizza 2 weeks ago and no problem and was a great pizza...phoned tonight and they refused delivery!!! Makes no sense...their customer service and hearing the other side of the story would have been a great thing, instead they chose nothing....we use to order 3 pizzas a month for 2 years and now we are banned for delivery! Figure that one out and be prepared for any time as a delivery time! (Oliver Location)

Do these breadsticks look like they are worth $24? Murray's Pizza in Oliver needs to work on communication and customer service... Feeling pretty taken advantage of for my dietary needs tonight. We just paid over $80 for two medium pizzas and these sad breadsticks. They look good, but are dry and bland. While the pizza was insanely greasy, and not worth the price. My biggest gripe, though, is that when I asked if it was possible to make the breadsticks using thier gluten friendly dough she cheerily said "No problem!" When it came time to pick up I was floored at the price, but was hungry and in a hurry, thinking I must have added it up wrong in my head while ordering off thier online menu. After I got home and had a second look at thier prices online I called to inquire about the price (and complain that they missed a request to leave off the drizzle sauce) I got huge attitude back. Started off with the gluten free pizza adds $6, which is a cost I factored in. What I did not factor in, though, was that they decided without warning me to charge the gluten free breadsticks as a large pizza, plus the $6 GF charge. How in the world a business can justify not only that kind of markup, but not giving the customer a heads up it will double the price is beyond me. There was zero attempt to rectify the situation on thier end, only "Next time we'll get the sauce right." When I responded (not meanly) that I wasn't sure if I wanted to order again the response was a sickly sweet "OK sounds great, have a good night. " I genuinely feel taken advantage of for my dietary needs, as this took a lot of mental effort for me to trust a local restaurant with my gluten issues.
