J	Jenn B on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We've purchased 3 machines in 2 months. We brought the first one in for its service and we were having an issue with the brakes on it. Apparently there is no issue as per service. Disappointed with the amount of money we've spent that the service after the sale isn't the best. The rude attitude from service is disappointing.

I drove from the West Island to go pick up the parts and was told that they didn’t have the exhaust manifold gasket and that they were going to order the part. One week later I phoned them and they confirmed that they have the gasket. I again drove all the way from the West Island of Montreal to pick up the part. I arrived and was told again that they don’t have the gasket and that they were to receive it that afternoon. I phoned them at 4 pm to be told that they will receive the part the following week. In total this will cost me 360 kilometres of driving for a 20$ gasket.

K	K Sammy Sampson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Spent $15,000 on an ATV. 12 hours of use later the wheels no longer point straight, however the dealer who was so friendly previously, now is arrogant and expects suggests 'drop it off and we'll get to it' and that it could take 'up to two weeks' as they are too busy selling snowmobiles. There are basic expectations when purchasing something, regardless of cost, in that the dealer will fix broken items, particularly those which create unsafe conditions for riding. Not Murray Motor Sports who frequently tell you what's best (for them) and have zero concern for their clients. I recommend finding another Polaris dealer.
C	Chris White (Saydie Playz) on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brought my 1992 Polaris Indy 500 to Murray's for repair, yes I know this sled is old but its in great condition. It would start but not run very well. I spoke with them and they told me to bring it down, dropped it off and 3 weeks later they called me and told me they can not fix it and it would cost more then the machine is worth. First off the cost to repair is my decision, anyways bringing it to Irwin supplies (Yamaha Dealer) for repair. Knowing this is the type of service I can expect in the future I will not be buying a Polaris.

f	fierodough on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very disappointed with this dealer. First time I contacted them in January 2021, I wanted to buy a side by side. I was told by the sales person to figure out online the machine I want and they would order it. Would not spend any time with my to try an figure out what Polaris machine would be best for my needs. I ended up buying a Polaris General from a dealer in Montreal who made the effort. Now today May 2021, I give them a second chance and try to support local. Sales manager Robert Léger told me that because of supply shortages there are zero insensitives when buying a 2021 Polaris Sportsman Touring. Again zero effort. Basically this dealer is no different than ordering something on Amazon. You feel like you are wasting their time just talking to them. When I mentioned another dealer was offering some accessories when ordering through them, Robert Léger sent me a nasty email saying good luck getting your machine serviced at that dealer as well. Basically saying they won’t service a Polaris machine if bought elsewhere. This is a prime example of a dealer taking advantage of the pandemic. They don’t care because the machines sell no matter how little effort they put in. I hope everyone remembers this once the pandemic is over.
