When you bring in your device to be serviced, you will first be greeted by our friendly, professional staff at the front counter. They will ask you a few questions to determine the nature of the problem, gather necessary contact information, and run through some basic troubleshooting with you. This may include restarting the device, toggling settings, software updates, or system restores.
If they are unable to resolve the issue, your device will then be scheduled to be diagnosed and repaired by our technicians.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I drove 40 minutes to Kindersley today to get a new phone (Sonim XP8 ) My currently contact with my SonimXP7 is up and I'm do for new phone. I called and had them set me a XP8 aside and I told the guy on the phone I'd be in within the week to get it . When I get there today I was told $400 down I then said what's with that when I got my XP7 off you guys couple years ago I just financed the phone and didn't put nothing down. I then get home started looking online and find out infact I can finance the phone with zero down on a two year contract what a waste of my time 40 minutes of driving each way for nothing. I'll be going elsewhere.

Very very rarely have anything in-stock, unless it's mobile based. Unlike most businesses, instead of offering to order in, they just say they don't have it and don't know when they will. As for repair services, I would never suggest going there. Told me my PC was put together wrong, when Infact it was very much put together properly. Sorry.staff are friendly, others , like the knowledge, leave a bit to be desired.
Overall, if your looking for mobile devices, accessories and the like, your in good hands, but you'd get same treatment, but cheaper at the source.
