Lots of lip service but no action in getting work done for you. Don't care either. Leave your lawn mower out in the rain. Was there for 2 weeks & never got repaired. Kept promising though......

Murf goes out of his way to get work done. May come off as gruff but that’s his straight forward-no BS nature. I abuse my chainsaw, weedwacker, and lawn mower. Murf keeps them running better than new.

Really want to shop local but staff doesn’t have an idea how to treat customers. Rude service. Product wasn’t what my wife wanted so she returned it & staff just grunted @ her. Sorry, but we won’t be back.

Sold me the wrong bar for a Rancher 455 after I specifically went into a Husqvarna to insure the correct part. All they had to do is look up the correct part no. Instead of guessing. Now they claim that Husqvarna put the wrong bar on . If I could give it a zero I would. Girl upfront was pathetic. Husqvarna sent the correct bar free of charge.

Lawn mover was fixed fast and good. But not all staff is knowledgeable and friendly. When my sister came to look for some fishing gear, she was talked down to and rushed.

The lady at the counter needs a course in customer service - a smile would be nice. Extremely slow repair service - a month later and still nothing done. They do not go out of there way to make me want to give them my business. Yet they want locals to shop there - or do they????

These people are willing to try and fix anything for anybody. Most of the items the work on are things people bought somewhere else. That ain’t easy to support. Give them a break when it takes a longer. They are doing their best. Good old fashion values.

I dropped off my mower as it wouldn't start. They said they would look at it within the week. I phoned a few days after a week had passed and left a message. No response. I called a few days later and was told the mechanic was busy but he would call me back. No call back. I phoned again a few days later and was told the same story about the mechanic but was also informed that he hadn't even looked at my lawnmower yet. After 2.5 weeks. I picked up my mower, watched a YouTube video and fixed it myself. No concept of customer service.
