Alex was very responsive and helpful, and Silvia and her team were punctual (in fact, EARLY) and did an amazing job of cleaning out the priority areas that I had identified. My apartment was sparkling clean afterwards! Although their rates are a bit higher, I would recommend them for their professionalism and dedication. The only con that I experienced is that I had requested for the team to have a taller ladder as my apartment has high 12 ft ceilings, but their ladder wasn't quite as tall as my own 3-step stepladder that I had onsite.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a terrible experience with the management. I hired this service to clean my parents home as they are elderly and unwell. I was told if their staff needs extra time from the designated 4 hours then I will be notified. I was not notified and they worked an extra 2.5 hours. Worst thing is nothing was thoroughly cleaned in the additional time. It took 6.5 hours to clean the kitchen and 3 bathrooms and none of them were cleaned thoroughly. Every room in the home was left half untouched, no vacuuming, no brooming or mopping. If you are not there to watch over, I would advise to rethink using the services. I’m truly disappointed, because I needed the help and so did my elderly parents. And I feel their staff was over worked and that is why the job was not done well. I feel terrible for the workers because management kept telling me they had no time to eat when legally everyone should be given lunch and breaks. I was told they were over tired and that’s why they left the work undone. Management is wrong here and their customers shouldn’t have to pay for their poor management skills.

The actual cleaning work is fast, and efficient. I have had no issues with this company. They are very professional, and I would highly recommend for either residential or business.
