★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Par rapport aux autres commentaires, je n'ai clairement pas la même définition du mot "professionnalisme". Désolé, mais je ne trouve pas normal que ça soit à moi de faire les relances quand je n'ai pas de nouvelles. Le service à la clientèle est tout un art. C'est à l'entrepreneur d'expliquer au client pourquoi il y a des délais supplémentaires. C'est à l'entrepreneur de faire le suivi pour ne pas laisser dans les limbes son client. Mon dossier n'était pas le modèle simpliste du fonctionnaire salarié avec un crédit A1. Alors forcément, il y avait un peu plus d'efforts à faire.. Faut croire que la motivation de dame Morel n'y était pas.
Compared to other reviews, I clearly do not have the same definition of the word "professionalism". Sorry, but I don't find it normal that it's my job to call me back when I haven't heard from me. Customer service is quite an art. It is up to the contractor to explain to the client why there are additional delays. It is up to the entrepreneur to follow up so as not to leave his client in limbo. My file was not the simplistic model of the salaried civil servant with an A1 credit. So inevitably, there was a little more effort to do. We have to believe that Lady Morel's motivation was not there.
