★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Definitely not the best travel agents. You can get much more cheaper prices when you book online tickets by yourself. But customer service is good. I just gave them one star because of the prices. I booked a ticket back in 2018, later i found out it was cheaper on other websites. I felt i was overcharged at that moment. Recently called them to get a price on tickets, but same thing. They were giving me a expensive ticket. So i would try other agencies first

So I asked him to double check it for me, he was so confident that he refused to check. After the call, I did my research and found that he was providing the wrong info.
