E	Envy Dog on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am regretful I feel the need to review Mr Pearson in a negative way, as he has been a long time lawyer and friend of my family. However, I used his service to help me with a charge I was accused and aquitted from. I instructed him to make sure I was was not guilty and he did a great job in court, as usual. When court was over and I paid the invoice I was informed by a police officer that this crime was still showing guilty on my record (a serious offense). When MTP Law was made aware they said I'd have to pay more money for them to get the charge dropped of my court files. I ask what is the point of paying a lawyer when your inncocent if he let's the charges stay on your court files and cause life long problems. I feel he knew well ahead this would happen and has since done nothing to help. I have recently hired another firm to fix their mistakes. I would recommend getting agreements in writing clear as day before hiring this firm. I have had serious issues regarding this matter and have had enough wondering why he did this. I feel this should be heard by everyone thinking of hiring MTP Law. I hope he rectifies the situation and I will be able to recommend him as the best as I have done for years.

He took my call and gave me advice with out any cost it was invaluable. I think he is a great person first and because of that it makes him an amazing lawyer.

I spent approximately 10 years waiting for a legal service and spent over $10,000 CAD closer to $15,000 CAD, and they" tossed me overboard at the last minute". Furthermore the condescending secretary /receptionist Miss Sara sent my documents overseas to me the cheapest possible way she could have sent them, so as a result I never received my documents/files. I dealt mainly with Lawyer Andrew Tam who informed me after 10 years that he was appointed to be a judge now so that I would have to start from the beginning with another law firm! Mr. Tam is now a judge here is his info on his appointment; Judge Andrew Tam – will be sworn in on April 4, 2018, I believe that Mr. Tam operates in Kelowna BC as a Provincial Court Judge. If you find yourself in front of Judge Tam for any civil or criminal matters I suggest that you ask for a different judge due to Mr. Tam's questionable ethical standards, this is your right. As for the main owner Mr. Mulligan he is full of him self when I asked for my money to be returned that is when the threats came out from him..... I think that you should have a clear picture now of this law firm. Any decent law firm would have passed on my file to another lawyer within the law firm to complete. I do not recommend this law firm to anyone. Stay WELL CLEAR of this Law Firm, Oh yes of coarse this accurate review is written "Without Prejudice"
