President and vice president is on the floor every day talking and checking in with their employees. They really care about their customers and employees. Quality is more important than quantity. There is opportunity for advancement. A lot of cross training. They want you to succeed. I haven't worked for a more professional company in all my years of working. I won't work for anyone else. Extremely happy employee here.
