★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The food is good the service is good. In a day and age where A&W gives out paper straws mucho burrito does this. Half full salsa containers. So of course you have to get 2 of them. The waste is infuriating because it's so unnecessary. And of course they charge you extra..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I find the food here is always good but their vaccine policy is a little strange. We ate in, I needed to show my proof of vaccination but my wife didn't. Also, quite a few people coming in without masks. Consistency for everyone is a plus.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ More like mediocre burrito. I frequent this place in my hometown and its always top notch. Here on the mucho burrito with double steak you get two measly scoops of steak on an $18 burrito. Im willing to pay for the mucho size and double meat but for that much money it should be loaded. It was also soggy and fell apart. Still decent but its better at my home location

Went back again and was served by a different lady that made me an awesome mucho burrito! Was well worth the cost this last visit

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visiting from Toronto, thought I would stop by to grab a bite at a familiar chain. Order a chicken bowl, staff were extremely parsimonious with the toppings. I raised my concern at the cash stating I was disappointed with my order. Immediately, the cashier got defensive and stated "what's your problem?" "you want more rice....here have more rice...what else you want". It is extremely rude and unprofessional to speak to your customers like that.
Customer service should be reassessed. There are other ways to handle a unsatisfied customer. I would NOT have written a bad review if I was spoken to with respect. Will not be returning.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Their food is always fresh. We came in at a late hour and was surprised that they were able to serve us without any limitations on items. Had a bit of trouble with the payment part as either their machine was on the fritz or the network was slow. Regardless, they were nice and kept on trying. Overall, a good experience and I would certainly consider coming back to this location in the future.
