★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bureaucratic hell, where they make a mistake, then give you 2 months to fix it when another ministry, that is responsible for fixing said mistake needs 3 months to do so. Nobody acknowledges that their policy does not make sense.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad customer service representatives. They don't let you speak but just repeat what they are told to do so. " You can continuously speak on this matter for hours but my answer would still be the same. Do you want to continue?" This was what I got from them in response to a valid query which is supposed to be dealt by the Ministry of Transportation.
