★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We really enjoyed doing business with MSL! Fantastic group to work with. Everyone was professional. They went the extra mile when they discovered a birds nest and babies underneath the deck they were repairing. They built a little bird house so they would be safe. I would hire them again. Pricing was fair, time of project was great and the communication was great as well!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As we have had MSL do renovations in our home in the past, we didn't hesitate to utilize them to replaced our back deck floor (24 ft by 10 ft) and stairs. At Stu's suggestion the pattern of the floor and stair design was changed for a far better look. The finished product exceeded our expectations.
As before the workmanship was excellent, the personnel accommodating and the project was completed on time and budget. Wouldn't hesitate to use MSL again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ MSL Projects was great to work with. They were very professional, responsive, and had great communication with me throughout the project. They answered all of my questions, followed up to make sure everything was going well, and did a fantastic job of bringing my project vision to life! The project area was kept neat and tidy while the work was done and the work area cleaned up at the end of every day. Dale and Eric were great to work with. I will definitely use them again if I have any more renovation projects!

First being that MSL has had a decent reputation and from the outcome of our first experience with them it was an easy decision as we were very pleased. Our basement reno was completed and we were extremely happy with the work that was done, the professional service that was provided from the entire MSL team. MSL certainly has our seal of approval and we would recommend them without hesitation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After months of failed attempts at getting our yard flattened so we could install a skating rink this winter I decided to try MSL Construction. I didn't know if they would be able to help as they are in Leduc and I am out in Sturgeon County. Not only did I get a response right away and got the actual work done right away as well, it was done to a T and for much MUCH less than anybody else quoted!
150% recommend Stu at MSL to get your work done.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The experience we had with this company was terrible. We hired them to do house plans for us back in February. They gave us the initially plans, which I could have done myself, and it is now May and still no finalized plans. They would give us a dates of when they would have the plans to us but then would not deliver on the dates. We are out thousands of dollars now and no house plans. They are quick to take your money but cannot produce results. I would not recommend this company as they lack integrity and professionalism.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We recently had MSL complete a full-house renovation, from bare studs. It could have been a nightmare project, but MSL were organized, professional and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. They had tons of helpful advice right from the start in planning the new layout, which included replacing load-bearing walls with new beams, reconfiguring basement plumbing, and more.
During construction, they were very proactive, letting us know about opportunities to correct or upgrade things to save money or heartache down the road. Lots of information and answers to questions, but no pressure.
Even as we wrapped up the job and moved in, MSL were very responsive and moved quickly to address the minor issues that came up (natural on such an extensive project). We always felt that we were in expert hands, well-supported with high-quality, knowledgeable service.
Even beyond our interactions directly with MSL, every subcontractor that was brought in showed the same professionalism, quality, and attention to detail that MSL had set the bar for. We would not hesitate to work with any of them again on any project, big or small. Our renovation has been a dream from start to finish, and we are so, so happy with the final result!
