J	Joanna Foster on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called on Friday morning to fix a leak under my kitchen sink; they informed me a tech would come by Monday. Monday came and I got a phone call the tech was stuck behind a closed highway but would come Tuesday between 1 and 3 - ok totally understandable. Tuesday at 3 - after waiting around since 1 - I received a phone call the tech was running behind and wouldn’t be able to make it until FRIDAY. I understand unfortunate circumstances but being shoved to the bottom of the list for a repair that I was willing to pay $$$$ for is just bad business and extremely inconsiderate. Single star awarded only for the pleasant phone call from the nice girl that got sacked with making it.

He went the extra mile, pointing out issues that could have created future costly problems. He was very polite, friendly and outgoing. Prices were reasonable and fair. We would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone in need of a plumber. Thanks so much, Ryan!! Aug. 2021 - Almost a year later, I called and requested Ryan to help us with a blockage in our kitchen sink. He found the problem quickly which turned out not to be within our unit, so Ryan wrote up a report for our strata and made recommendations for our building which were greatly appreciated. He always goes the extra mile to cover all the bases. Ryan's not only very knowledgeable, efficient and thorough, he's a real pleasure to have in your home, so personable and friendly. Whenever I need a plumber, it will be Ryan I'll call first! Great big thanks for another job well done, Ryan!!

Pete was professional, courteous and always showed up when he said he would be there (which is not always a given in the Okanagan). We had Mr. Rooter do the rough-ins and installations for our renovation. Contrary to what I had originally thought, they don't just do repairs. Pete was very solution-oriented and efficient -- he made sure everything was done "right". He went above and beyond the call of duty and made great suggestions. We would have no hesitation in recommending Pete.
P	Peter on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Collin came over and worked in the cold and endured the stinky septic until he found and fixed the issue. Turned out to be a clogged filter in the septic system. He wouldn’t quit until he found the problem. We were pretty concerned with this because it’s only a couple of days before Christmas and we, of course, needed our water working properly. Collin was in contact with his team and got it sorted out. Thank you thank you thank you to Collin and the Mr. Rooter team.

Each time they were easy and quick to schedule and took care of the problem quickly and properly. They really know their stuff, they even sorted out a problem the city couldn't the last time they came. Great staff in person and on the phone. It's nice to have a service that you can reply on. Highly recommended.

I called and booked an appointment to have my water clog issue addressed on Monday and was given an appointment time of between 1-3pm on Wednesday. Great! Planned my work around that.. I was waiting for them to arrive, only to receive a call at 1:45pm the day of to let me know they were running late, but would “definitely get someone out today”- just a little closer to 4pm. Fine. Adjusted my work again. Only to get a call at 3:10pm saying that no one was coming, they were too busy, their guys won’t work past 5pm, and can we reschedule? This is frustrating for many reasons, primarily- I’m not just sitting around waiting for Mr. Rooter to show up.. I have to plan these things in advance- as most people do. I will have to tolerate a clogged drain for a while longer and find someone else that will keep appointments as they are booked. So much for 24 hour service I guess.
