A	Andre Vahid on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited this place this today to have 4 tires on rim to be switched over to all season tires. They charged me $90, ruined one of the tire nuts! I didn't know that you can do that!! It cost me an an extra trip to dealership and $10 to replace it.They were trying to push a balancing service for $50 for tires that were balanced and on rim!! I asked them to check tire pressure since the car is equipped with sensors so I wouldn't get error message, they said they did but i got a message with all tires!! they were all different numbers... I mean for the money they charged they were really bad. I don't recommend their service to anyone.

s	steam boloxer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Constant upselling of services by unqualified technicians. They push lower quality, overpriced non-OEM parts and fluids, and questionable services. It's not that they ignore the manufacturer's service schedule, they actually do not even know what the manufacturer's recommended service schedule is. Check your owner's manual while you wait. Instead they make recommendations based on questionable sales tactics. "I think I smell something, we better change your fluids". You can try to bypass this by indicating that you do not want their recommendations but it almost doesn't matter since another unlicensed technician will begin to pull out your spark plugs anyways and suggest that you change them at half the manufacturer service level and without any indication of wear or problems. I actually worry that they are causing damage. "Just to be safe! Our recommendation is that you should replace everything!" It's unfortunate that a business that intends to provide fast, reliable oil changes, becomes instead overtaken by aggressive snake oil sales tactics by unqualified staff. Blame the commission structure?

Aamir is definitely one of the top guys who is very professional and informative with everything. Definitely a recommended spot whenever you need any type of service Mr Lube offers. Management is excellent and courteous, they helped with any questions I had.

The team walks you through the process as it is being done and explains each step. Aamir, one of the service members is always passionate when working. Each visit he puts great effort into the car making sure everything runs perfectly. Overall this place is 10/10

I received a free pair of wiper blades during my visit which was a pleasant surprise. I highly recommend visiting this location for you're oil change needs.

The line up was a little long, but the staff took the time to come out and manage the expectations of the customers in line. They were then super friendly and took the time to connect while doing the work. Fast, reliable, and professional! What else could you ask for. This is the place for your regular automobile service needs.

We were up sold on things we didn't need and then given grossly poor service. They lost 2 spacers and a hubcap for the tires we came with so we drove off with 2 all season tires on one side of the car and 2 winter tires in the other. They sent us on a goose chase to get new spacers without giving us the specs we needed. When we called the store to clarify what kind of spacers we needed and they told us any generic spacers will do. We returned to the store 2 days later and they told us we had the wrong part! They also charged us double for an engine air filter We then asked for a refund for the poor service from the supervisor and the man said he could only give us store credit so we asked to speak to manager but he wasn't even in the store! After a few more attempts to negotiate store credit, he decided to give us 50% what we paid for the tires (we paid over $200+ for their services) and he was only willing to give back $40 for the tires and $40 for the filter). We caved and took the deal but he was only willing to give us the refund in cash even though we paid with credit. This experience was riddled with poor service and SHADY business practices. Like what supervisor from a reputable store doesn't know how to work a debit machine?? How do you send clients to pick up an item without any specs and And be so confidently wrong instructions given???
