They took care of my car in a reasonable amount of time and did all the checks the needed to do. This is my 2nd visit and I will return again for my next oil change when it’s due. Thank You!!!

Best part, you can pop in instead of waiting for dealer appointments. They keep track of full vehicle history. Do register on their website for promo emails.
B	Brooke White on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Would give 0 stars if I could!!! I went to get my oil changed here. They started the service and they came to me and told me there was an issue. The oil filter was apparently “stuck” and they would need to order some part from the dealership. But they were going to charge me “way less than the dealership would”! Only $475! They wasted at least half an hr “searching for the part” while I sat in my car worried about my car that I have to drive across the country in 3 days…. They told me the price and I felt suspicious. Why would they be ordering a part if the oil filter was stuck? So I told them that I was going to compare prices and I’d come back if I had to… they were insistent that their price was the best. Which made my decision to leave even easier. I then went across the street to Jiffy Lube. They changed my oil in under 10mins. I asked they about the filter and if they had any issues with it, they said absolutely not, it was an easy change and they had no idea why Mr. Lube would have said that to me… Long story short, Mr. Lube tried to rob me. They saw a young female and tried to take advantage. And it was my birthday to boot… way to put me in a bad mood! (Not the first time something like this has happened to me either!) UPDATE: I called them to let them know what had happened. I spoke with the manager Rocky who was unapologetic and stuck up for the technician saying that I was just lucky that Jiffy Lube didn’t crack it but it easily could have happened and that’s why they were going to replace it.

A bit disappointed that I forgot to use the "free wiper blades with oil change" promo I had. And I also didn't get the service reminder sticker with the new mileage to put on my windshield...which is kinda essential so I don't forget to change my oil on time! They have great hours of availability however, so even after a long day of work, you can go through and get that oil change done. Would go back again!

My son came to take tire off and drove me first to Costco in Langley. They said could not be fixed need a new tire. My son called here and they said bring it in. The nail was not where Costco said and the guys at Mr. Lube fixed it in about 20 minutes, they gave me the piece of metal that caused the flat. Then, then they said no charge was only a repair. I was so impressed with both the young men that spoke with me. I gave them so.e money and asked they get a coffee on me. It is this kind of service that restores my faith in car repair . Thank you!
S	Sydney O'Brien on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Okay, so I am thrilled to be writing this review. I had bought a new car and wasn’t entirely sure of what work needed to be done. I took it the Mr. Lube because I knew for certain that I needed an oil change. I brought it in and was pleasantly surprised by how informative the technician was and how he explained the process. He then helped me establish how the rest of the car was looking. A pleasant experience! I never once felt like he was selling me something I didn’t need. Fast forward to today, when I sought out their advice again in regards to my air conditioning not working. The manager of the store was the technician working on my vehicle and he went above and beyond the level of service I would expect from anywhere! He broke down the cost, explained the many possibilities it could be, made sure I understood each step, was transparent about what was going on, and was great at communicating with me while my vehicle was at the shop. Big shout out to the store for their excellent service and to the manager who exceeded my expectations of service! Also, my car is as cold as an ice box now! Just in time for the summer heat.
