★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We retained MR Engineering to work on a tenant improvement project for our commercial place. MR required to engineer the electrical, mechanical and HVAC drawings. From start to completion, the team was very co-operative. We issued couple of change orders and the guys implemented them in their drawings. After submitting the drawings to the city, we had some back and forth and MR helped us by responding to all of the city's inquiries. We received our development permit fairly easily. We would highly recommend MR Engineering for any kinds of tenant improvement projects.
