★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ive lived a lot of places over my 31 years of my life, but one year in this place takes the number one spot for thee worst. The facelift makes it deceiving from the outside the building is old and outdated, and with no elevator to the 2nd or 3rd floor you hear everyone going up and down the fragile stairs. The cold water is warm and not even remotely cold, the hot varies from scalding hot to cold and back with every shower taken to date. The EMS main station is down the road as well so you hear them racing down the street every day, nevermind hearing up and beside neighbours in the building on top of it.
It's just terrible period.
