★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Installed a pad for sheds, looks terrible. Tried to fix and made it worse. They didn't care enough to make it right just wanted to be paid. I was contacted and they did come back out and repaired the pad again. Looks much better.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We usually cut our own grass but when we get overwhelmed with work we call Mountview. Honestly, they are amazing. Pulling up to our home the attention to detail that is put into the trimming and cleanup is amazing! Also their landscape design/install service is amazing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well I called for information about getting some topsoil and the price but only got a voicemail message, so I left my message and they never got back to me. A week later and still no call back so I went somewhere else. This is the second time I tried to get them to do some work for me and recieved no call back. So in my opinion the next time I need someone to do some work I will skip calling them and go straight to someone else that answers the phone and will do the work on the first call.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I contacted Mountainview to get a quote for landscape work I would like done on my property. I know of a few former employees that had nothing but good things to say, unfortunately the person that is responding to emails does not have very good business sense.
"Also, before we get too far, do you have a budget in mind for this project? We’re not the cheapest company around, so I just want to make sure we’re on the same page"
That was part of the response I received; this is not how you communicate with potential clients. Prior to this, I was asked what kind of stone I would like for the work I requested. I hadn't spoken to a designer so I don't know what's available. The whole reason for getting a quote is so that you can speak with a professional designer and decide with them what is best for the location, look , etc.
I do not recommend this company purely on the fact that their front line communication lacks the proper skills of proper business etiquette and professionalism
