★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolute worst software. We are only given the option to order online and it sends you around and around in circles. No one has ever answered the phone at 3 different numbers i have tried. One was even out of order.
Total rip off and terrible business.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible, just terrible. The website that you have to use to purchase school photos is non functioning, very difficult to navigate. After purchasing digital download, the file could not be downloaded. Terrible customer service, if you can even reach anyone by phone. Also the captcha code in the photo, this may be the reason for their incompetence.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am not impressed with they way they do school photos. They don't tell the kids to smile they only count to three then take the picture. These are elementary school pictures and they can't tell the kids to smile. I understand if their adults or teens but kids sometimes need reminding. The retakes you can't choose which ones you get and have to pay big money for pictures you can't even see or choose. I will be going to an actual professional photographer and get pictures worth hanging up and handing out.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our photos arrived, but they sent the wrong package. Any reasonable company would try and make it right, but these guys blame us for putting in the order wrong. We've placed hundreds of orders online, we know how to shop online.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could give zero stars I would. My mother’s order from August has still not been processed.
They duplicated my child’s school photo order and charged my card twice without my permission and refuse to respond to any email that I have sent. I have made a complaint to the better business bureau to no avail. The phone number online is “not assigned”. This company are thieves. I have been dealing with this for months and they should be ashamed of themselves. I am a single mom and that $65 dollars they took actually means a lot to me. Disgusting.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They don't even look at what they took. They took pictures while my son was talking. They didn't even wait or take another. No, they gave us proofs of him with his mouth open.. So unprofessional!! Not only that it took a long time to just see the photos and it's all online so what's the excuse? My other kids school used another company and the pictures were available online same day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am actually surprised at some of the negative reviews for Mountain West Studios Ltd. My experience with them has been exceptional! I had misplaced an order form for my daughter’s school pictures from over a year ago, and came across it a few days ago. The proofs were so beautiful, and I wanted to order a package. I sent them an email and received a response the same day! Arti G and Almira from Customer Experience were extremely helpful and accommodating. They were able to retrieve my daughters proofs from their archives and I was able to order a package! The process was so easy and the website had so many different backgrounds to choose from. I am very excited to receive the pictures in the mail! Thank you so much, Mountain West Studios Ltd.!
