★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We hired Karen as our wedding planner/day of coordinator for our wedding at the Kicking Horse Mountain Resort. Given that we were planning our wedding from abroad (Hong Kong) and had never visited the venue, Karen was indispensable in making it all come together.
From our first call through to the final delivery of everything we had left behind at the venue, Karen was friendly, thoughtful and completely on top of whatever needed to be done. She recommended vendors, helped to coordinate appointments and even found someone local to bring our dog back down to the house we had rented after our ceremony was finished.
She understood exactly what we were looking for in our wedding decor and went the extra mile in finding local elements to incorporate into our natural themed decor.
We would highly recommend Karen to anyone looking for a stress free and beautifully executed wedding in the Golden area.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not too many places on this earth I find are more beautiful than here in Muskoka but to have a wedding in the Rocky Mountains and know that my every wish is looked after is priceless...
What you provide brides and grooms (ESP if they are coming from afar) is absolutely priceless. .your knowledge of the area and different vendors and services is more valuable than anyone could imagine and the LAST thing a bride (or groom) wants or should have to worry about on the most important day ever is if the deposit for the port-o-potty was paid or if the flowers are correct or the tables look perfect or the microphone doesn't work..
What you provide couples goes beyond a dollar value and is immeasurable to the Peace of Mind you give!! Congrats for doing all that and doing it soooo incredibly well!!! BRAVO Mountain Wedding Co!!
