They did a outstanding job and my place has never been so clean. I am very pleased with their work. I will highly recommend!

The condo was spotless when she was done and even my landlord was impressed with how clean the place was. I felt the price was really good as well. Very impressed. Will definitely use them for standard cleaning in my new place!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ MJ responded to our needs wonderfully just last weekend - I first called to request a single cleaning of our condo 2 weeks before it was needed. We had to cancel suddenly . I requested a different service from mountain power, but was pretty sure such a sudden change would be possible in the middle of July. I also now needed the service within only a few days . MJ completely accommodated our request and went above and beyond basic cleaning needs, including shampooing the carpet on the stairs. Pleasant, professional, responsive service. Highly recommended. Thanks so much!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We hired Mountain Power Cleaning and were so disappointed with their cleaning and how they treated us. The owner Ning and her cleaning manager MJ totally RUINED our perfect cleanliness score online. We had THREE complaints in a row from guests after having no complaints all year! Crumbs all over the counters and floors and greasy appliances, dirty cutlery and hairs on the bed. Our previous cleaner went into our unit after their first clean to return one set of our bedsheets and warned us that they did a poor job. MJ would always rush over to our unit and do a second cleaning, but we just don't understand why she would not do a good job the first time! The owner was more concerned about making her manager happy than making her clients and their guests happy. They actually blamed our guests for the messes in the unit and said they made the mess and are just trying to get a discount! These were guests with perfect ratings online and one of them came to our resort FOUR times already and had 14 five star reviews! MJ takes no pride in her work and I spoke with another owner who had similar problems with this cleaning company. I had to refund the cleaning fee plus one night stay for the last guests they were the cleaners for because they were super upset. We will never get our perfect cleanliness score back now. Stay away from this company!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff at Mountain power Cleaning have high standards and are very attentive to details, so we can relax and not worry as bookings come and go. Over the past few months, there have been a few incidents with the condo, and Ning was able to help us out by resolving the issues quickly. They are reasonably priced and the communication between us and the company has always been great. After each stay, if anything is damaged or missing, Ning will send us a picture and will let us know about the state of the unit.
If you're seeking a cleaning company who is thorough, professional and offers great prices, hire Mountain Power Cleaning. You will be forever grateful you did!
