★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Matt and his team are fantastic. We had a fender bender and had to get our front bumper replaced. Mountain Collision was easy to deal with, communicated very well, supplied a clean and efficient loaner and when we got the car back you couldn’t even tell it had been in an accident! Thanks!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place had a good review so I made an appointment and went in for an insurance claim estimate. The estimator (maybe an owner?) was very rude and got mad because I was on a phone for a couple of minutes. Apparently, a customer being on the phone while he is doing his job is, in his words, "showing him no respect". He decides to fix something on the spot (the window rubber seal popped out, so just puts it back in). This is unrelated to the accident damage and he did this without confirming with me or giving me an estimate for it. It took about 5 mins. Then he charged me 20 dollars. I was a bit surprised but just paid for it to avoid any conflict. However, when I asked for a warranty on the repair and they couldn’t provide it. The lady in the front was nice enough to return the money.
In retrospect, the estimator was very unprofessional, unskilled, and rude. The people in the front were fine. Also, the window rubber seal popped back out soon after!
I decided not to get the insurance claim repair done here.
FYI, another customer after us was receiving a similar rude attitude from the man.
"RE: Owner; maybe this wasn't a customer, but the man rudely talking to another person was observed by my wife in the car when I was in the shop dealing with payment in the front office. We actually weren't stressed at all dealing with the car accident because it has been over a month since the accident. However, the 'Estimator' just ruined my day today with his rudeness. We are fine now. The ladies in front did a good job dealing with the whole event."

Matt and his team kept us informed every step of the way, and were patient in answering our concerns and questions. Overall we were very satisfied with Matt and his team's service, professionalism, and quality of work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Probably the best customer service you can get at a body shop. I went to a few different shops before coming here and all but Mountain Hwy Collision gave me very poor service.
Matt the owner genuinely cares about his customers and goes out of his way to make people satisfied. Not only did an amazing repair, also did free polish, and he stayed late so I could pick up my car. Highly recommend

As a business, they are very friendly and efficient. All of it went smoothly from start to finish, from paperwork to getting the courtesy car. I would definitely go to them again.

My experience at Mountain Hwy Collision was wonderful from the moment I first contacted them.
Great service from start to finish. Matt, made sure to communicate with me through the entire process with updates. They were very polite, kind, professional & extremely helpful.?
Matt even helped me in dealing with ICBC when some changes needed to be made to my claim.
They made me feel like both me & my car were very important to them and the repairs were done perfectly.
I highly recommend them!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Above and beyond. I went in to get a bumper fixed because they were close to us. Matt picked up the phone on the weekend arranged for an estimate first thing Monday. They certainly take into consideration clients. I was greeted by a knowledgeable Soli who advised of everything I needed to know. She knows the process inside out and prepares all the necessary papers to minimize your time in the shop. These guys truly value their customers time. Matt and his team or true professionals that don't beat around the bush, they just get things done right. Period.
The courtesy car was immaculate as was my vehicle when it was done. Both the inside and outside were cleaned like new. We have 2 young kids and it was a mess inside, but they made it look amazing. So yes, above and beyond. Work is warrantied with people that truly value customers. Thank you for an incredible post collision experience. I hope never to need to come back, but if I ever need this service you can bet I'll make the drive to your team to service us.

Owner is a nice guy and I personally prefer to work with him.
I was very satisfied with the outcome.
They also delivered the car very fast and my car was washed and cleaned which was a bonus point to me.
I was not super satisfied with courtesy car though. Although it was new and clean but it was not in the same class of my own.
