Dr. Morson has been amazing doctor to our son from his birth onwards. She is professional, compassionate and a clear communicator. We cannot say enough good things about her.

The doctors are good, but the front desk is very disorganized. Multiple phone calls are required to sort out a simple appointment. Be prepared to have your time squandered because the front desk lack the effort to ask for clarifications.

I wish I could give a zero stars for the Mount Sinai Academic Family Health Team. I called and spoke to a lady named Corina Rusu and told her I wanted to enroll both me and my daughter. We set up a time and I was told to be there 15 minutes before to fill out paper work, Corina said we would both be seeing Dr. Irene Li. When my daughter and I arrived, Corina was unable to find us in the schedule. We re-booked the appointment. Showed up again to fill out paperwork for both me and my daughter and see Dr. Irene Li. Again, Corina was unable to find us in the schedule. Corina set up a third appointment for me daughter and I to enroll. This time, Corina called the day before and cancelled. How hard can it be to enroll with the Mount Sinai Academic Family Health Team?

I went here with an appointment to become a new patient under the care of Dr. Natalie Morson. I was told to be there 30 minutes early to sign the new patient forms and then Dr. Morson would take me in for my medical history intake. When I arrived, the lady on the reception could not find me in the system as having an appointment. I was told I could come back next week and I would be assigned Dr. Erin Bearss as my family doctor. I took time off work and went back the following week, checked in with the receptionist for Dr. Erin Bearss. Guess what? Not in the system for an appointment. Twice I took time off to become a new patient but both times, no one could find me in the system as having an appointment. Thanks a lot guys!!!

The doctors themselves aren't bad, in fact there are three really amazing doctors here (if they are taking new patients and you get accepted). My biggest concern is a lady named Corina Rusu called my work and began giving my co-worker the results of my blood tests. That is a no no! My test results are confidential! Due to Corina disclosing my blood results to my co-worker, I closed my file here and went somewhere else where my personal and health status are kept confidential. If not for Corina, I would have given this place a five star.

Absolutely horrible top to bottom. We came when we heard they were a good middle ground between a midwife and OB and the truth is the only good thing was a midwife Natalie who ran a parenting class that was available for us. There are not enough hours in the day to enumerate the problems I have with them. Many times they failed to follow through with referrals for issues we were having. They constantly dropped the ball. Now we've been trying to change our care provider and it's been difficult to have our files moved and every body there seems to have different ideas of how to make that happen. They are so disorganized. They are always behind and will rush through. Our resident was socially clueless. I will never recommend this experience to anyone.

I am so grateful for the great care I received at Mount Sinai Family Medicine. I receive a considerable amount of follow up from many different clinics and medical teams; yet, from top to bottom, I find this clinic stands out for its service. I always look forward to my appointments with Dr. Tannenbaum. He is calm, patient, knowledgeable, and always has enough time for his patients. His professionalism and character even inspires me to do better in my own personal career (completely unrelated to medicine). His administrator, Allegra, is also amazing as she is incredibly personable, friendly, helpful, and organized. She is a wonderful friendly face to start every visit!

Been a patient with resident doctor from sometime in 2019. I recently moved out of Toronto and am looking for a local doctor by using HealthCare Connect. After reading I cannot use that service if I am enrolled with another doctor, I went online to grab the extension for the team my resident was on to ask about unenrolling, and it turns out he is no longer even with the hospital.... yet I never received a phone call about being reassigned or whatever happens after. The first time I called, I sat on queue for 30 minutes. I got to being the next caller in line, but then suddenly another caller was in front of me. Frustrated and having work to do, I hung up. The second time I called, I got through and explained my case, and I was transferred to the coordinator of billing. She was not at her desk, so I left a voice mail. A day went by and no return call. So I call again the following day to explain my case once again, and I was again transferred to the same department. Again, no answer, so I left a voice mail. I still have not recieved a phone call in return. The disorganization of the office is now impacting my ability to get any Healthcare I need short of going to the emergency room. THIS IS NOT OKAY.
