★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recently saw Dr. SEIFOLLAHI. Waited a week to see a doctor, he was running late. Did not have time to examine me. Super frustrating! I had to rush to appointment to be on time and then HE doesn't have time for me! So glad that this was not my first time attending this clinic, I probably would have never returned.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good drs and very good facility. Just their staff doesnt take calls 1 hour b4 closing and opening. thier hours says their open but when u call them straight to voice mail saying call on bussiness hours.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been going here my entire life and now without even a simple recommendation for a new doctor im told they can't take me again. Felt therexeption was quite rude about it on the phone.
I understand not being able to take patients but you would think with they would at least lead you in the right direction instead of hanging up on you while you tried to ask for help.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr McCrae is easily one of the best doctors I have seen. He is a very down to earth and he always gives you the time you need. He really cares about the patient. It is refreshing to have a dr that doesn't rush you out of your apt. Dr Shewchuk used to practice in Tisdale and he took care of many of my family members. Mount Royal Family Physicians has lucked out with these 2 on staff!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Nelson has been an incredible doctor. After struggling for months with a medical condition that has effected my quality of life quite drastically and not getting any help from other doctors, she has stepped up for me and completely changed the game. She actually listened to what I had to say and actually sympathizes with my situation. She has been the reason that things have started moving forward so quickly. Not only does she listen, but she actually cares. Even though she is on holidays, she still called one of the other doctors to check in on me and see how I am doing with a course of treatment we had pursued for infection. I do not have one bad thing to say about her and the Mount Royal team. I am so thankful for everything she has done for me. I just don't think I can even put into words how thankful I am. Thank you Dr. Nelson!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been a patient at this clinic for 31 years and spent the first 25 years or so as a patient of Dr. Ken Bayley and when he retired I was given Dr. Kurt Roelens and I can only say that the level of care these doctors have given me is unequaled by any other doctor I have seen in my 63 years. These guys are the best!!! THE VERY BEST. Trust them with my life, and you should as well :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. McCrea all the way! I finally found a doctor that actually listens to my concerns. He always takes the time to be thorough and thoughtful. I don't feel like I have to beg to be sent for testing or a specialist. I have been seeing him for a few years now and always feel like he takes my concerns seriously.
