★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a great breakfast, but the hash browns are out of this world. If you are looking for plain potato cubes that need ketchup, this isn't what you will find. The hash browns are small cubes cooked to perfection and coated in a secret formula that has a terrific umami flavour, with a hint of similarity to teriyaki. Friendly owners and great service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stumbled across this restaurant when we stopped for diesel in between camping destinations. We peeked into the restaurant attached to the gas station store on a Sunday at noon and there were a lot of people inside. We heard that the owner was from Nepal, saw that the menu was really diverse, and gave it a shot. We passed on the Sunday brunch buffet (very, very popular with the locals!) and had Best Butter Chicken and Tibetan Chow Mein with chicken. It was all beautifully presented and excellent! Portions were generous and the food was delicious. The staff were friendly and nice. What a great find along the Trans Canada Highway.
