Très déçue et frustrée. J’ai fait affaire avec Moto Pièce pour ma moto Harley Davidson Night Rod pour un trouble électrique et une fuite au radiateur. Ma moto est restée 1 mois et elle n’était pas réparée totalement quand je l’ai eu, j'ai d'ailleurs eu à chercher et réparer moi-même le trouble électrique. Aucun suivi de la part des employés ni du propriétaire, j’ai toujours dû téléphoner moi-même pour avoir des nouvelles. Ils m’ont donné l’impression de toujours laisser aller les choses, sans faire d’effort particulier pour accélérer le processus et ne pas vouloir trop en faire, et ce malgré mon insatisfaction croissante. Par manque de temps peut-être? – Mais ça ne me regarde pas et je n’ai pas à payer le prix de leur mauvaise gestion. -
Aussi, malgré que le propriétaire soit tout à fait au courant de mon mécontentement, je n’ai, à aucun moment reçu d’excuse de sa part, rien n’était jamais de leur faute, je n'ai même pas eu droit à un "Merci et aurevoir" en partant... Je ne ferai plus jamais affaire-là, j’ai l’impression d’avoir été flouée, qu'on se fichait complètement de moi, ils n’ont aucune conscience de satisfaction de la clientèle.
 Worst customer experience of my life.
Very disappointed and frustrated. I dealt with Moto Part for my Harley Davidson Night Rod motorcycle for an electrical problem and a radiator leak. My motorcycle was left for 1 month and it was not fully repaired when I got it, I actually had to find and repair the electrical problem myself. No follow-up from employees or owner, always had to call myself to get news. They made me feel like I always let things go, without making any special effort to speed up the process and not wanting to do too much, despite my growing dissatisfaction. Perhaps for lack of time? - But that’s none of my business and I don’t have to pay the price for their mismanagement. -
Also, although the owner is fully aware of my dissatisfaction, I never received an apology from him, nothing was ever their fault, I was not even entitled to a "Thank you and goodbye" when leaving ... I will never do business again, I have the impression of having been cheated, that they did not care about me, they have no consciousness of satisfaction of customers.
