Department des pièces me garanti que purolator a deja ete chercher la piece, j appel porolator pour savoir quand la pièce sera livré, ils me disent qui n.ont pas encore fait le pick up...... je sus alertes la.chercher moi même à maniwaki...prochaine fois. Rotten repair service. Took 3 weeks to repair a boat engine (water pump). Department of the coins guaranteed me that purolator has already been fetched the piece, I call porolator to know when the piece will be delivered, they tell me who have not yet made the pick up ...... I knew warnings la.chercher myself to maniwaki ... next time.

J'ai acquis un moteur hors-bord usagé qui a été vendu avec une garantie de bon fonctionnement qui n'a pas été respectée. Ils ont une interprétation bien à eux de cette garantie qui n'est pas du tout celle de l'OPC. On m'a refusé tout dédommagement pour des réparations qui auraient dues être couvertes par la garantie. En plus de tout, ils ont voulu me facturer pour un estimé de travail. This trade is to be avoided. Presque 3 semaines mettre une trippe sur un pneu, toujours en B/O. N'oubliez pas l'article 24 de l'option consommateur les boys. À Bientôt!
