Recently dealing with Motion Canada I can say that they were able to solve my needs in a timely matter. I've delt with many other hydraulic suppliers and repair shops in the past and find Motion to be one of the more helpful avenues. Their repair shop fixed my hydraulic motor with very reasonable pricing. Mostly friendly staff and a very knowledgable repair centre.

Very pleased with the service I received from Erin Beck. I had an emergency filter I needed for one of my trucks, and she got it in very quickly. Saved me a ton of money in downtime. Thanks!

Great experience!! I was having some issues with my hydraulic power unit, so I had them drive out to inspect/repair the system. The fellow that showed up to inspect it was very knowledgeable and informative. Later two guys came in a service truck to do the repair. They removed the pump and brought it back to the shop for repairs. They returned with the repaired pump and it fixed all my issues. They were even able to crimp new hydraulic lines with a machine in the back of their truck. Great experience.

I've used Motion Canada extensively over the years and unfortunately will be looking elsewhere from now on. In general, many of their staff are great, courteous and pleasant to deal with, however, they have some folks that just shouldn't be there. There is apparently only one guy that can wire up electric gear motors. I had ordered product in March of 2015, it arrived in April 2015, sat on the shelf for 6 weeks (mid June). During those 6 weeks I contacted the one guy that could help me every week and he continually pushed the project over to the next week. It got to the point that I offered to pay him $100 an hour in the evenings or on a weekend to do the work needed. When I originally ordered the parts, Motion Canada quoted me around $350.00 to do the wiring. After 6 weeks of being ignored, in frustration, I picked up my parts and called another electrical shop in town. The guy there had drafted me up a wiring diagram within a day, that's all I was asking for, a simple diagram. He charged me $102.00 and gave me a whack of parts that Motion Canada didn't include - which incidentally, would not have had my system meet electrical code. I have since found other suppliers to bring in these electric motors and parts that I need. Sadly for Motion Canada, one other pneumatics project that I was also trying to get assistance on from the one guy also fell through - that equates to a $30,000+ loss for Motion Canada.

Highly unprofessional group of individuals here. Don’t waste your time. Festo Canada is a much better option. Customer service guy greets customers with a lip full of chewing tobacco. Absolutely disgusting. Will never do business here again. Would give zero stars but can’t.

I am still trying to get a hold of somebody to order parts. Email phone nothing seems to work. I'm thinking maybe smoke signals. I used to just email one of their employees but I guess she has retired. Maybe it's time to find a new source .
