M	Mike Leier on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First room was not cleaned after previous use, they were quick to change rooms and very apologetic. The room we stayed in was nice, but it looks like they were in mid-reno mode with plaster on all the cracks and all items in the room unplugged.

Made a reservation for a Single Queen Kitchenette, after getting in after a grueling 10hr drive it takes almost 10 minutes to get checked in. But here's the kicker. They are out of Single kitchenettes, as i find out when i get to the room. So go to front desk and ask to be moved to the room i paid for. Was told they were out. So the front desk found me a double kitchenette which i was lucky to even get. Get to the room, its about 30° a/c doesn't go below 20. Room has no ice bucket, half the lights don't work, cable doesn't work at all, phones busted. Front desk is clueless! Called previous to ask about utensils, was told there were none, which there is btw, so extra useless packing thanks to the incompetence. Asked about cable, was told there's an hdmi for it, painful trying to get anything here. I hate to rag, because it seems like a decent spot, but get some better knowledgeable staff and a maintenence man.

The staff are also friendly and respectful, and my room was spacious with a clean fridge and microwave. Highly recommend Motel 6 Estevan, esp. during the pandemic when so many other hotels I stayed in were in a state of disrepair and dirtier than pre-pandemic times.
