★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst mortgage broker. Who doesn't understand meaning of completion date. Example: 1 month provided with all documents. Closing date was tomorrow and today asking for additional documents because of him lost the deal and money.
Highly not recommended...
Replying online and proving yourself innocent will not payback the the lose & harassment.
There should be a consent form if deal somehow didn't go through because of mortgage broker fault than he should pay back buyer.
