β β β β β Completely unreliable as a UPS access point.
The owner opens when she feels like it. I waited for over an hour outside the shop with no indication of when the owner might decide to show up. The store was supposed to open at 10:30... the owner decided to arrive at 12:30, and was completely unapologetic.

β β β β β Very irresponsible store for a UPS pickup. I had a package to pick up today at the UPS store and went there 11:00am. The store was closed and there was no sign or indication to know what happened to the store. I called UPS and they told me the owner had to leave the store for an emergency reason, however, when I went back to the store in the afternoon, the owner said βSorry I was running late this morning, I saw you leaving when I was parking my car.β Really? How come the woman didnβt yell or something? She is not nice at all and so irresponsible. So unfortunate that I have to deal with that woman every time I order something online.
