The fellows attending onsite to install were courteous, quick and competent. However, the product delivered was not manufactured correctly, and they left out the most important part that would keep an 80lb window from falling out of the frame onto feet/ children. When informed they left out basic required hardware, their response was to offer to maybe come by in a week. When I pushed, they offered to come by in 3 days. When the day and time arrived, they simply didn't show up, call or anything. Making a mistake is human, that's fine. How you deal with it is what makes the difference. This company took no ownership. Poor service

Had a good experience in their show room and with staff. Can get quite busy so make sure to make an appointment or wait. They have couches to wait. Windows are good and affordable.

Morrison Windows was the company that supplied the windows for our townhouse complex so we were told to buy screens through them by the townhouse site manager. The companies customer service is the most incompetent I have ever dealt with. After the initial quote and payment was sent I was told I would receive an official invoice, that did not happen after several phone calls requesting it. I was told they would be delivered an installed within 3 weeks, again I asked for something in writing, the receptionist agreed, I never received it. The week of scheduled delivery and instillation passed with no word from the company. I had to call them the Monday after and they assured me there was a delay but the screens would arrive by that Friday in the morning. Again I asked for a confirmation email, which they agreed would be sent by end of day, you guessed it, no email was sent. Friday morning passed with no word from them, after I called their excuse was their installer was sick so she would reschedule for the following Tuesday. Again, I asked for clarification and nothing was sent. Tuesday came and I again I had to call as they did not show up, finally I spoke with an instillation person and he said my order was not even in his list of scheduled installations. He rescheduled for Wednesday between 12:00-1:00pm. Wednesday comes and men show up when I am not home at 9:30am, my wife was luckily home but had work meetings scheduled, they did not wear masks although it is mandated by the province. I am just happy to have this nightmare of incompetence over with. I hope to never have to deal with this company again. Only positive is I finally have screens that seem to fit my windows. Fingers crossed their workman ship is slightly better than their customer service / booking.

PLEASE save yourself the headache. This is the most horrible company ever. Quality - POOR. Service - POOR. I am in absolute shock. It happened that our complex was supplied by Morrison Windows so when I ran into a problem (on a brand new window - don't even want to think how they will be in 5 years from now) I sent them an email. One month passed - nothing. I called - demanded a technician. When I say demanded, I was on the phone for 20 minute and refused to not get an exact appointment. So they put me on hold, called the guy and scheduled me in. Technician showed up (barely speaks English just like any girl that answers the phone at their office), told me "window broken - I replace next week" (his exact words). Thank you Sir, I already knew the window is broken I kinda needed you to show up with the solution. Another 3 weeks went by, no one showed up, they don't even bother to call and say "hey, listen, there is a delay or something..." Nothing. I called today again to follow up, spoke to 3 different people, was put on hold 5 times and in the end I was told that maybe they will call me by the end of the day to schedule a replacement. MAYBE!!!!! In the end, problem persists and I have to get the developer involved at this point. So again, thank you Morrison Windows for such an amazing experience. All you have is a pretty Voice message when one is on hold forever that guarantees an exceptional customer satisfaction when reality is very far away from that!

Customer service at Morrison Windows is non-existent. They either call you to book an appointment and don't show up or they just show up unannounced and get mad that you are not home. Office staff and service staff are all extremely frustrating to deal with. Not to mention the 4 plus months it took to make and install screens, with no communication. If you have a choice choose a different company.

Morrison Windows is by far the go-to place for windows of all kinds. Amazing, knowledgeable, and friendly service gave me the confidence in choosing them for a big project I had in mind. Im more than happy with the results and durability of the materials!

Had a really great experience with this business and thought I would share. Initially, finding new windows for our home seemed like a daunting task. The folks over here took away all my headaches and helped me pick out beautiful windows that would suit my house, and they made sure the installation went smoothly. They truly stuck with me the whole way. The windows turned out amazing, and I am extremely happy with my purchase. I can't recommend this place enough, both for their splendid customer service, and their beautiful windows which really tie my home together.

We bought a house last year that was built 2 years earlier. The window in the bedroom pools water inside when it rains. The laundry room window is rusting between the joint which leaks out when it rains. Some window joints don't meet up. I don't know who installed them but some frames are bent and pulling from the wall. I've never seen such poor quality, too bad the home inspector missed it all. * they are coming to check it out tomorrow. Hopefully it goes well enough that I can change this review to a positive one! ** came and caulked the windows that leaked inside. Are supposed to come back to repair the window that doesn't close properly some day. I'll add one more star for something happening.*** 2 weeks tomorrow since they visited. Didn't repair when they said they would because of "a family emergency ". ? I noticed the other window he said was fine is needing replacement too, I can feel the air come in. Still unimpressed with this company.
