 Impression that they are there only for the money, very harassing for the payments, terminated the contract before having started the services very bad feeling by contribution has this company.

â â â â â Nous avons Ă©tĂ© rĂ©fĂ©rĂ© au dĂ©but septembre 2016 Ă parcours d'enfants par une autre branche de Morneau Sheppel pour une Ă©valuation et intervention en lien avec un trouble d'apprentissage pour un enfant de 7 ans.
On nous avise alors que le délais de prise en charge sera de 4 semaines.
Le 8 novembre 2016, la rĂ©ceptionniste de parcours d'enfant m'avise "qu'enfin le neuropsy a donnĂ© plus de disponibilitĂ© et qu'il va ĂȘtre en mesure d'Ă©valuer votre enfant en janvier"!
Donc notre fils aura perdus la moitié d'une année scolaire parce qu'il est sur une liste d'attente dans une entreprise privée.
Avoir su, nous serions alllé consulter ailleurs tout de suite et aurions reçu un rendez vous la semaine suivante.
Ne pas faire confiance: manque complet de professionnalisme.
We were referred in early September 2016 to Children's Paths by another branch of Morneau Sheppel for an assessment and intervention related to a learning disability for a 7 year old child.
We are informed then that the delay of assumption of charge will be 4 weeks.
On November 8th, 2016, the receptionist of course of child announces to me "that finally the neuropsy gave more availability and that it will be able to evaluate your child in January"!
So our son will have lost half of a school year because he is on a waiting list in a private company.
Having known, we would have gone elsewhere and received an appointment the following week.
Do not trust: complete lack of professionalism.

I recently used Children's Playground services for my boy. I had a first appointment quickly and the professional met was able to meet our needs. I would definitely recommend this clinic.
