★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Discovered they charged my grandparents over $8000 to do a loose lay lvp.
As professionals you should know this product should be glued down. Instead you rip off your customers and charge glue down rates for loose lay installation with gaps all over the place.
ATTENTION CUSTOMERS: LOOSE LAY IS A CUT CORNER LOW COST INSTALLATION METHOD THAT YOU SHOULD AVOID AT ALL COSTS. DONT GET RIPPPED OFF.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Product is good quality, but loose lay is not the nicest system. Followed instructions and installed it slightly cool and when it reached proper room temperature got tons of peaks at joints where it expanded. Instructions said it would just push tightly together but in the end I don't have a nice finish in many areas because of expansion. Looked great as it was layed but as soon as it warmed up it got ugly quick

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had carpet installed in 3 bedrooms. Installer was very quick and efficient, cleaned up after himself, and the carpet looks amazing. The (extremely reasonable) price included new underlay and there were no hidden fees. They were the cheapest of the quotes I got, and I couldn't be happier with the work done and the carpet installed. Definitely recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They were quick to respond to a price inquiry, and that speed was appreciated.
Though, I found the quoting process to be very improvised and unprofessional. Informal messaging, riddled with spelling and grammar issues, and no method behind their pricing.
For example, they gave me a price and I hadn't even picked out which product I wanted installed.
Their final price was almost 2x the next quote I received.
Finally, the videos they have posted on their website don't instill confidence in their ability as a professional flooring installer. I would recommend those come down.
I appreciate the many satisfied customers they may have today, but this experience wasn't enough to win my business.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Place is ok. Staff are ok. Experience ok. But product that we bought is very disappointing. Avoid getting loose lay vinyl plank. It’s garbage. Gaps showing up, cracks forming and scratches very easily. We followed instructions. Installed it exactly as we were instructed. We asked all kinds of questions about it and were worried about these issues. We were told it won’t do this. Only in extreme temperature changes. Well, our house is pretty much always low 20’s. They said they would take back unused items but, that still leaves us with flooring we hate in the rest of the house and out our money. It’s horrible, thin and shows any slight imperfection in subfloor. But you can’t use underlay and so, it’s basically linoleum, cut into small planks. Terrible stuff. We had 2 friends that bought the vinyl plank click and they are very happy with it.
