★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Told us specifically to park somewhere, some lady couldnt back out straight beside us so they pulled me away from where I was keeping a count on my bottles and had to move my vehicle while some old guy got angry at me and snapped at me for parking where I did - which is where they told me to. They tried to get me to park somewhere where I would have had to put my vehicle on top of and up against some junk - like broken shovels. I refused to move any further forward because the grill of my vehicle would have crunched up against garbage and they got frustrated with me and insisted it would be ok.
When we first parked employees came up without even asking and started opening doors and rooting through the back of the vehicle looking for bottles and we had to tell them to stop digging through our car. Then they shorted us big time!! They shorted us nearly $20 after we brought in a whole vehicle packed with bottles we left with $30, and we had counted the bottles beforehand to be close to $50. We counted with them while they were counting and tried to call them out when they shorted us and they ignored us and told us the count is the count.
Its a total scam and the people are horribly rude and disorganized. Avoid at all costs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The employees sorting my bottles were great, however the older supervisor was an absolute joke. There's no signage to indicate where to park and he was trying to direct people rudely to the point where people almost backed into one another. I had never been to this bottle depot and instead of a friendly welcome and please park over here it was an "you're in the wrong spot! Did someone tell you to park there! Move!". I almost left due to the awful customer service. Those sorting were friendly and nice , only reason I gave them 2 stars. 1 star per sorter. I'd recommend st albert if you want a nicer experience from a bottle depot. So disappointed in regards to this morinville location.
