About Morden Park
“The preparation for the project has started, we’ll be getting the building ready for when the equipment arrives,” explains Tim Harsant, Facilities Manager. “The recirculation system will reduce the water use from approximately 30,000 gallons on a hot summer day, to 2000 gallons. That’s a huge saving!”
“As I exit my role as Community Services Director, I’m so pleased that this project has been approved by Council and supported by government grants and businesses in the community.” Shared Clare Agnew. “Everyone that I speak to agrees this is important from a sustainability perspective.”
“The Spray Park, Sponsored by Decor Cabinets, is an essential feature in the park on the social side, for family fun and recreation. However, it’s the environmental side that is driving the project.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Decent park, great for kids with multiple play structures, a splash pad and a bike park! The walking paths are a bit confusing and don't flow well together but it's not a huge place so it's not that you will get lost.
