Meat our team of Registered Massage Therapists.  Each one of our RMTs has graduated from professionally an accredited Massage Therapy College that demands a high level of skills and training in assessment, treatment, and exercise rehab for musculoskeletal conditions.  Together we bring a high level of care to each of our patients in an individualizes treatment plan.  Our staff participates in numerous Education Days throughout the year to maintain the highest level of skills.  This allows us to treat you with a best wellness plan that meets your individual needs.

Linda Menzies

Owner Linda Menzies graduated from Wellington College of Remedial Massage Therapy attaining her profession as an Orthopedic Massage Therapist. Seeing a need in our community for breast cancer patients she continued on to specialize in lymphedema and venous insufficiency disorders through Dr. Vodder International in Victoria, BC. She later traveled to Toronto to compliment her credentials as an Expert Certified Fitter for compression garments. She has treated a variety of primary and secondary lymphedema, post-surgery and injury edemas with excellent results. She has been working with cancer agencies throughout southern Manitoba providing patient care and education in her field. Linda is also Certified as an Infant Massage Therapist/Instructor. She finds the two very different specialties to be a healthy balance in her practice

Katja (Kate) Dik. 

Kate is a graduate of Wellington College of Remedial Massage Therapy.  Kate specialized as a Pre and Post Natal Care Therapist.  She will be taking her advanced training to be one of the select few trained in labour and delivery care.  Kate has a keen interest in her patients’ over all well-being by providing information packages for the expectant mom on self-care.  Kate takes special pride in her work. She goes the extra mile to provide her patients with a precious little gift to welcome their new bundle into their family.    Part of the ongoing care is referring them, along with their little one to Linda Menzies who is certified in Infant Massage through the International Association of Infant Massage.

Kate has a family connection to the military and volunteers her time at the Canadian Military sports events.  During her spare time she enjoys staying in touch with her grass roots in Germany and spoiling her pet cat.

Danessa Hamm

Danessa Hamm is a Orthopedic Massage Therapist who graduated from Wellington College in 2018. She believes in adding value and contributing positively to the lives of people around her. Danessa has learned how to create a treatment plan that is unique and beneficial to each individual patient. She's certified in myofascial release, breast massage and rib mobilization. She enjoys treating a wide range of structures in the body but the spine, neck and shoulder are her favourite. Learning new ways to address client’s complaints and always wanting to improve are some reasons why she loves her job. In Danessa's free time she likes to spend time with her family and enjoying the outdoors.

Katelyn Hildebrand

Katelyn is an Orthopedic Massage Therapist.  She has done her own personal research on the benefits of massage therapy for headaches.  She found her results to be amazing.  This has given her a passion to help patients who suffer from stress, anxiety, and headaches. She thrives on cases that present with multiple injuries.  Her hard work and caring personality is assured to get optimal results even with the most complex cases with people of all ages.

Katelyn has a love for nature and dogs.
