★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never Ever buy anything from Moores again especially the store in North Vancouver, they messed up the suit for my son’s wedding and would not accommodate their errors! Went to the the store for correction of their error we are in Whistler, asked them to deliver the suit after we went down there three times, they said they would not bring the suit up to Whistler although it was their error! I should report them to the BbC

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First let me be very honest, I was looking for a suit at the last min for a function that just popped up, also had just had dental surgery so I was in a bit of pain and not in the best of moods. So I will take some responsibility for my experience at this store, a grumpy mood does not get the best of responses, I fully understand that. With this in mind the sales person was polite enough . What was lacking was customer service, either due to staffing issues or company policies.
