This company is service provider for GE washer/dryer in Prince George, I had a horrible experience with them, Their front desk (customer service) and some of their technicians are very disrespectful to their clients. My case was a nightmare, I bought a Brand New GE washer/dryer from Costco, the dryer was making grinding noise, It took them 2 weeks to give me an appointment. They told me they will show up on June 11 2020, between 1-3 pm, I asked them can you plz call me in advance, so I make sure someone is home, they did not!, the technician came sometime around 1:30pm, could not find the entrance door, called my cell phone and left a message with a very angry voice that I have to re-book another appointment!! probably in next two weeks!! I tried hard to get hold of him less than 5 min after his call, no success!!, he eventually got back and started yelling and using improper words that the GE machine is junk, very unconformable for me and my family. He could not fix the machine, because at some point he punched the drum several times (to align it!!)and apparently displaced a sensor or something, he could not turn it on again!! he left is open and removed the dryer drum and left the house without filling any paperwork! just told us he has to order another part, that may take several days. We did not hear back from him or his company anything for more than a week, so I called GE and Costco directly (because I had already got the message from Moore customer service and their technical that they don't care, it is what it is and I have to deal with them regardless!!!). So, GE and Costco speed up the shipping of the part, while Moore received the part on Monday June 22 and they knew that they left my family without washer/dryer more than 1 month, they did not spare some time in their schedule to come back and finish their unfinished job, they said (according to the GE customer service words) it will take another two weeks to give me another appointment, because they are busy!!!!, So GE and Costco gave up on them and decided the send us a brand new unit to replace the broken one simply because Moore appliance (as per their technician's words) does not have any competitor here in Prince George BC, who can fix this type of junk machines (their technician words)!! and also they don't care how long a family will be without laundry that they paid for. When someone from Moore called me today (June 25, 2020) to update me that they are aware that GE is sending a brand new machine for me, I tried to explain to them about what they did to us and how their technician treated us, and let them know that we are very unhappy with their service, the lady on the phone told me that she does not have time to hear my complained and cut off the phone very disrespectfully, WOW, what a customer service!! I suggest GE to re-consider selling their appliances in places like PG that they cannot offer technical service, I hope no one will experience what my family has experienced with Moore Appliances Ltd and I do hope I never ever need their service, In fact, I prefer to buy a brand new machine rather than go back to them for any technical service! I would be happy to provide more detailed explanation if some one need to know more. I know Moore Appliances does not care about my experience and their clients anyway, simply because (as per their words) they have lots of business and they are very busy, they do not need new clients, who cares, right?

A brand new whirlpool dishwasher in a brand new house never turned on. The lady who called told me to have cash on hand to pay when the job was done. I explained that it is a brand new machine, in a brand new house which should be covered by warranty. The old lady on the phone told me that I would need to pay. I said I had been waiting for the 11 am appointment time (it was 2 pm) and the lady told me whirlpool doesn't book their times. I asked when the tech would show up, I was informed it had been canceled. Terrible customer service.

New ownership does not give the same service as in prior years, very sad as I have been a customer of Moore for many many years! Whirlpool is also a terrible brand...ugh.

They took the model number beforehand so they can look for part bellow for the washer for a leak repair. They went there and said needed the bellow or maybe cracked inside? After diagnosing they said they cannot get the part and charged me for the time they spent there. I think it was a scam. I paid them over a hundred dollars without a solution. They told me, I needed to buy a new one or used one. Not good...

Didn’t get parts in time called about five times each time they said they didn’t receive my part. So I went into the store all and they said the part was sitting there for 3 months which in the time I called five times. Don’t deal with these guys nothing but problems

Worst experience ever dealing with these people. The appointment was rescheduled twice, both times during the time of the appointments so two days missed work for them not to be coming by anyways.... Then when a repair guy showed up, he didn't even fix the washer at all, he just replaced a hose but the washer itself isn't actually running so that helped absolutely none. Called in to the office and none of them seemed to know what the hell was going on either and after two weeks of waiting, I still don't have a working washing machine and they say they'll send some one out in another week to fix a hose on a machine that still doesn't work. So after three weeks, I still will not have a working washing machine but I'm sure they'll have a bill for me. Absolutely awful

needed a spring for the food grinder at the bottom of my Kenmore portable dishwasher after I You tubed how to fix it. Stopped by after not being able to order one over the phone because it was an older machine I purchased on Marketplace. Once they saw what I needed they Googled where to get it but told me It said it was marked unavailable. they went in the back to see what they could find and came back with the exact spring and spindle I needed. They where pleasant to deal with and got me out the door in about 20 mins

Tech John took the time to check on our new oven. Confirming temperatures and operations. He was very nice, knowledgeable and professional in his dealings with us. The office staff were friendly and helpful. Moore appliances is a company I would buy from again. My thanks to John and all the staff.
