He was very patient while we took photos. He was polite and helpful. I felt very safe in his vehicle too! He was 100% reliable and responded quickly to messages. My driver was great, very courteous and polite. He worked great with my Dad who had found him for first pick up. And he worked great with Event Co-ordinator at Kedron Dells about where to park the limo. He was very patient with us and understanding which was awesome as we ran late. I also forgot to email about our change of plans- we decided against doing photos at the Oshawa Botanical Gardens, and I didn't notify them, which is am very sorry about! Even with the change of plans the driver was very nice about it. And as I said there driver was great and we thank him and there company for the great service and we definitely recommend them and/would use your services again! I got married last weekend and although we were running behind schedule, our drivers never pressured my bridal team and I. When we finally boarded the limo, we were kindly welcomed with smiles and excitement. The ride to the venue was prompt yet smooth. I never felt rushed even though we were late. I was always asked if I was okay, and how my needs could be accommodated even though the ride was less than 15 minutes. Pick up at the end of the night was prompt. In fact, they arrived early. Both drivers were super nice and patient as they waited for us to board the limo. Thank you Moonlight for such an amazing experience.
