★ ★ ★ ★ ★ WATCH OUT!! THEY STEAL!!!!! THEY WOULD STEAL ACCESSORIES(SCARVES) from their clients, especially if you trust them and don't check if they had return all the items you gave them. I turned in a big batch of clothes in the last spring, and one of my cashmere scarves was missing. However, I didn't realize at the time I was in the store, so when I drove back and ask the whereabouts of my scarf, they stop me abruptly and yelling at me they didn't know, while telling me I should've let them know when I was in store, now that I left they wouldn't compensate any missing nor damage. On top of that, THEY STAPLE TAGS ON THE LINING, AND THROUGH THE JACKET(basically POKE HOLES ON YOUR JACKET) if you happen to have an unstructured blazer. Plus! THEY BLEACH SUITS AND DESTROY THEM. DON"T GO! GUYS TRUST ME! DON"T GO!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They bleached my client's fur coat, at first she thought it was a quality issue. But then she came back, the lady told her it was necessary to bleach in order to clean, and they refuse to give her a refund because they claimed my client has full responsibility to aware before she ordered. Now my client is asking for a refund, to me!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's sad to see everyone rates when they are given a bad experience, I want to take the time to share my Amazing experience from this location.
This was my very first time bringing in a suit for cleaning, I was nervous about it because of the ratings they have received here on google, but they are clearly wrong.
The gentlemen that helped me at the front desk was very pleasant ensuring me that everything will be okay and done on time (I was in a rush).
When i received my suit, i was surprised on the very affordable price.
Once i got home I fully inspected my suit as i am VERY picky, i found no issues, no stains, no damages and no wrinkles.
Well done guys! I hope others who see this will give them a chance! Its well worth it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If there was a way to write review with no star I would. Completely disappointed. Brought 6 drapes to be dry cleaned and was charged over $300!! My Landlord said that they pay half of that when they bring the drapes away and said she would never recommend this one to her tenants anymore. What a rip off!! And on top of that, they don't even speak English! Asked for price explanation and all I got was mumbling followed by "my boss told me $300." very unprofessional and way over priced. Definitely will never go there again. Rather drive an hour before going there again.
