★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great Space!!!! But it's about to get ruined by skateboarders running up and on the monuments.
This activity should be banned.
It will look damaged within no time!!!!
Plus they are dangerous to attendees with potential flying boards and individuals falling off their boards.
All and all their a public nuance!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve been a resident of the Montgomery since July , I’ve owned several homes in my life so I believe I can speak to this with some wisdom , this is a full service rental building , what does this mean you ask ? renting a condo is cheaper why is that ? Renting a condo is different because when you do this you are not really a tenant you are basically a place sitter for the owner , at the Montgomery you are the tenant , as such many responsibilities when renting a condo are yours light bulbs , at the Montgomery it’s part of the rent .
For us this building is like living in a hotel the attention to service the attention to detail is second to non
