First run in was at an auction he hosted. After Trying to bid and being noticed, I yelled to the auctioneers. Bid was taken, but none of my next bid attempts were taken. Don would look right at me while I tried to bid, ignored me, and took someone else's bid.
Most recent was trying to rent items from him. Trying to contact Don, the owner, is impossible. When a reply does come from him, it is filled with attitude.
It may be bold to say, but this guy seems to have enough money to not care about professionalism, or presenting good business.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Let me start by saying I believe the owner to be upstanding. My concern is with a member of his sales team (auctioneer) who, to say the least, is untruthful and a thief. I personally have had my belongings stolen by this individual and no acknowledgement or return when questioned about it. I do not believe a person in trust should be untrustworthy. Lying and deceit have no place in a business that has built an honest reputation. I'm sorry to give one star. They deserve none if that's the type of person employed there. Terrible one apple can ruin a bushel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought 2 bikes from the auction this summer and was extremely disappointed to find them in worse conditions than what the pictures online showed. We took our bikes into a shop to get repaired and were told we got completely ripped off. The auction definitely needs to provide more than one distanced photo of items. There were numerous problems that could not be seen from the photo provided. I would advise the company to provide more in-depth photos as well as provide details on what is wrong with the bikes. For example, mine appeared to have breaks, but were actually broken. Extremely disappointed. I will give a one star for the nice staff.
