Montessori & More Learning Centre

We moved in Canada 3 years ago, full of worries and fears, even because English would be a second language for us. We met Mrs. Danielle, and she immediately welcomed us. She is such a wonderful women, a lovely mum, and a prepared teacher and we immediately trusted her. Our daughter has been attending the prestigiuos Montessori and More Learning Centre for the last 2.5 years, and every day she was excited to go to school and It definitely made it easier to leave her everyday, before going to work, knowing that all the talented teachers were well taking care of. During these years, She made a great educational journey becoming bilingual, learning a lot of values and respect for the rules and for the others, but at the same time she had a lot of fun! As the centre follows even a Montessori discipline, it was really interesting to see how the children could move freely following their interests: every day I was surprised to see how busy and happy they were. And then a rich curriculum of lessons, lots of educational material, great time spent with outdoors activities and a lot of crafts. Big attention about healthy food, providing healthy and fresh snacks every day, very clean environment, super prepared and qualified staff of teachers. All of them work with passion and treat children with respect and love. I loved all the parties organized with the families, giving us the chance to meet each other and to socialize. Unforgettable the graduation day. This is the best place where a child can start its school education. Mrs. Danielle and her staff, with their professionalism and heart, permitted our child to learn in a pacific environment and now she is ready for the next school step. Forever greatful to Mrs. Danielle, her family, Miss. Thea and all the staff for these wonderful years.

Montessori and More is an absolutely wonderful daycare. My son has been going there for almost a year and will be moving to Kindergarten in the fall; his younger brother will be starting in his place. I feel so incredibly grateful that both my sons will get to learn and grow under Miss Danielle, Miss Thea and all the other talented and caring teachers! I particularly love the balance between play and learning; my son can write his own name and is right on the cusp of being able to read! He also comes home with a muddy coat many days, which I appreciate because I know he's had a good time outdoors. The other thing I love about the daycare is the emphasis on healthy eating; no junk food is allowed in the classroom except on Friday Treat days, when the kids get a special treat from Miss Danielle. This is a fantastic place for a kid to spend his early childhood years!

Great daycare! My daughter loved it here, and would highly recommend. Excellent program, great teachers, and my daughter was always excited to come home and show me what she did every day. If I could give this place six stars, I would.

Danielle (owner and lead educator at Montessori and More) is fantastic. She has many years of experience in early childhood education and four lovely children of her own. She is the first person I ever left my daughter with, and I could not have asked for a better caregiver. I have had other childcare experiences since and no one compares to Danielle. She is kind and welcoming, a natural nurturer - children are drawn to her. She is sensitive to children's needs and communicates in a professional and honest way with parents. Her centre is clean and well-organized and the activities and materials are fun, educational and engaging for children. Any parent would be fortunate to have their child learn and grow with Ms. Danielle and her team at Montessori & More.

Couldn't be more happy that we decided to put our daughter into the Montessori program. I didn't know much about it until we started and am so happy we did. Ms. Danielle takes so much time getting to know the kids as individuals and caters the learning to their specific needs. They are super engaged all day long and do creative activities to reinforce the early learning. I would recommend this daycare to anyone with a young child as it's so much better than any other previous daycare/preschool we had our child in. Over the last 2.5 years, both of our kids have attended Montessori & More. We highly recommend to anyone looking for care for the preschool age. Ms. Danielle is a fabulous, loving, knowledgeable preschool teacher and it's obvious she loves her job. She has also built a wonderful, strong team with low turnover. Ms. Danielle and her team are respectul, patient, fun, supportive and so much more. They encourage messy play as well as a lot of outdoor time. The materials in the classroom are diverse and abundant, fun and educational. Communication is strong and honest. The program is engaging. It's a wonderful environment for kids.

My daughter has attended Montessori and More for the past two years. She loved every second of it and was very sad to stay home on sick days. Danielle is fantastic with the kids and parents alike. There is a lovely yard for the kids to play, many field trips and daily art. The website allows you to easily view pictures of the daycare fun. Any issues that arose were dealt with quickly, kindly and professionally. Thank you Danielle for loving my baby while I was at work. I'd give 10 stars if i could.

Montessori and More is a premium facility for early childhood education. The owner Danielle, along with her team of teachers run the school with their whole hearts - day in and day out. They help the children learn structure and independence in a loving and safe environment. They teach them to be kind, inclusive, and responsible little humans. I am so grateful that my daughter is able to spend her days in a school of this caliber, with strong, smart, female role-models serving as her teachers. I'd recommend Montessori and More to any parent looking for full-time care for their child.
